Doctoral supervision
Four theses supervised to completion (T. Arnaud-Miramont 2026, A. Bauch 2025, R. El Maalem 2022, B. Martinez 2021) and five currently in progress, on the private law of outer space, the law of the sea, personal data and Fintech, competition and poverty reduction, and information systems security. Research areas
Private international law and its methodology; European private international law; comparative private international law (in particular between Europe and Southeast Asia); the law of the global commons and global spaces (cyberspace, outer space); law and new technologies, including artificial intelligence and law; legal humanism and decolonial approaches; the rule of law and transitional justice.
